I do a LOT of Utah Housing loans, so i was pretty excited to see the announcement this morning that they will now fund 2-3 unit properties WITH ZERO DOWN. They also finance SFRs with ADUs with zero down. This is a big deal for people who don’t have a lot of money and can use some help making that payment each month. And now they can leverage 100% financing to create wealth and completely change their financial future!
Interest rates are trending upward again after this morning’s Consumer Price Index showed we are paying 3.8% more for goods than we were 12 months ago. PPI comes out tomorrow.
