This morning’s ADP Jobs Report showed 146K new jobs were created last month, which is 38K fewer than the month prior and 20K less than the 166K expected. The official BLS Jobs Report will be released on Friday, where Hourly Earnings are anticipated to drop 0.1% and the Unemployment Rate is expected to increase 0.1%. Albeit mild, the slowing labor market is helping push interest rates down.
Technically, you’ll see that pricing has regained roughly half of what was lost during the month or October. That’s a valid comeback that will most likely continue in this range until at least Friday’s BLS report.
