As home prices are wont to do heading into the colder weather, appreciation has slowed per two reports out this morning. CoreLogic shows that home prices are up 0.02% from last month and 3.4% from last year. Black Knight says home prices have risen 0.14% month-over-month and 2.9% year-over-year. Core Logic also added their forecast for property values to rise 2.3% over the next 12 months.
