Initial Jobless Claims reported at 339K, and the Service Managers Index reported at 57.0. Both of these were more or less in line with expectations and not much different from the last report so neither affect trading. The next big reports out are not until next Wednesday when we receive the FOMC minutes and the ADP Employment Report.
Today is the first day that the new loan amounts kick in: $417,000 for the entire state for conforming loans and $300,150 for FHA in Salt Lake and Tooele Counties and $271,050 in Utah County.
