I wanted to share this graph showing that the median home sales price across the country is dropping. Perhaps it’s the smaller demand in some areas, rising interest rates demanding a correction for housing to remain affordable, or the push to build more affordable properties, but this is the second month of a retraction.
Existing Home Sales also saw a mild reduction in volume of units, from 4.3 million units to 4.29 units sold annually.
