The number of homes listed for sale decreased nationwide dropped by 1,000 to 665,000 units on the market. Though the number of listings is down 50% from where they were two years ago, supply and demand appear to still be in a good balance, as evidenced by home prices appreciating at 5.8% annually, per Core Logic.

MBS are sss…lll…ooo…www…lll…yyy moving upward, and the Ten Year Note has gradually moved lower over the last week.  Holding out hope for lower interest rates next week,
